To apply for vendor space, you must:

  • Complete this online application.
  • Submit 3 images of the art/craft you intend to sell.
  • Submit your Vendor Fee, it will be returned if not selected.

- 10x10 vendor space - $300.00
- Corner booth limited - ADD $50.00
- 10X20 space limited - must be approved by committee
- Tent Rental - 10x10 = $160.00, 10x20 = $280.00

This is a juried event and filling out an application does not guarantee you a spot at the Kentucky Bourbon Festival. All applicants will receive notice of their status, we will continue to review applications until the limited exhibitor space is full. Please allow up to two weeks for your application to be processed. We do not hold spaces for previous year vendors, you must reapply.

Rules of Participation and General Policies

  • All work MUST be original and of exhibitor’s own crafting; NO BUY/RE-SELL; Commercial, imported items, mass-produced items are not accepted.
  • Exhibitors may not share booth space unless they have submitted a joint application and have been accepted as such, nor may they sublet or apportion space to anyone else.
  • Setup and breakdown your booth only during appointed times.
  • Vendors MUST be present and have booth open for business during ALL operating hours of the 3-day event. ABSOLUTELY NO EARLY TEARDOWNS.
  • Electricity is provided.
  • Utilize a white tent or canopy that does not exceed your assigned space.
  • Storage must be neatly concealed within or around your booth.
  • No food or beverage products may be sold by those applying as artist.
  • We reserve the right to accept or reject any new or returning exhibitor for reasons not specifically listed.
  • Kentucky law requires collection of a 6% sales tax on all sales made during the Festival, you will receive a KY sales tax form. Additional or lost forms can be obtained from the Dept. of Revenue, KY Taxpayer Service, 502-564-5930.
  • All work is exhibited at the artist’s or crafters on risk. It is required that each exhibitor obtain general liability insurance, as the Festival insurance DOES NOT extend coverage for exhibit damage, bodily injury or theft.
  • Agree to indemnify and hold the Kentucky Bourbon Festival, Inc. and its employees, volunteers, and event sponsors harmless from any and all claims made against the Kentucky Bourbon Festival, Inc., including without limitation, all cost, liabilities, judgments, expenses, damages or attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with any structure erected by exhibitor, equipment or personal property used by vendor and any claims made on account or resulting from exhibitors participation in the Kentucky Bourbon Festival, Inc.
  • Security will be provided by the KBF in the vendor and surrounding areas.
  • There will be no refunds on cancelations.

Jurors will circulate during the event to ensure that exhibitors that all work shown is following Festival guidelines. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in the artist/crafter being asked to leave and forfeiture of the booth fee.

LOCATION: The show will be held on the lawn of historic Spalding Hall.

SETUP TIME: Thursday (September 13) between 9AM and 5PM ONLY
Friday (September 14) between 7AM and 11AM ONLY

VENDORS MUST STAY OPEN:

  • Friday (September 14) 12PM – 10PM
  • Saturday (September 15) 10AM – 10PM
  • Sunday (September 16) 10AM – 5PM.

NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE VENDING AREA: from 11AM Friday, September 14 until 5PM Sunday, September 16. NO EARLY TEARDOWNS.

TRASH: KBF will provide pick up of containerized trash only.Vendors must collect, bag and deposit all trash in trash cans PLEASE.
